I'd say season 2 opening has no spoilers but you'll probably over analyze it and end up spoiling things so nevermind haha. Season 1 opening is clean though. I was one of the people that was against reacting to this because of its length but I've already binged my way to episode 69 (woah the funny number haha!) after watching your reaction. My weekend is gone, I don't regret it though, it was a fun watch ! (I was watching when it released and had stopped at episode 40 back then)

Besides one short scene that might be considered a small spoiler, it’s basically just a montage of characters we already know.
