2023-12-06 00:30:29 +0000 UTCas far as that goes i think Gen 5 is one of the worse offenders, its up there as one of the better stories tho. I also like how theyre experimenting with more unique type combos as they go along but i cant speak with much experience for the newer games cause i stopped at Gen 7.

New generations of pokemons are getting completely overdesigned, there are way too many different elements and colors on a single pokemon to the point that often you can't tell what type it is, or what kind of animal it is supposed to reference in real life.
