Administrator Log [A Memorial to the Lost, 7/INF]

They decorated the skies, once upon a time. Great, winged beasts, covered in flame. We don't know much about them anymore - they were one of the first ones to go. Long before we started keeping detailed logs like these, basically, so all we have left are these fragmented, corrupted memories.
We think they were migratory birds that sustained themselves on fire magic. We think that there were seasons where fire magic was more active than other types of magic, and these birds would relocate themselves, flying in great arcs across the sky. We think there were festivals to celebrate the occasion; festivals to celebrate the fall of ash that would follow and fertilize the crops.
It's hard to separate folklore from fact these days, though. But we're pretty sure they existed.
And so, this log, to preserve what little we know. I'm sure they were beautiful. Maybe they will be again, some day.
