An Update: Where We're At

Hey folks! I missed last week's update--I'm sorry about that. I had quite possibly one of the worst-timed "getting sick" events ever, in that it coincided directly with the launch of the second book of Edge Cases and also with an upcoming manuscript submission deadline. Long story short, I have to finish the entirety of Book 4 and submit it to Podium by March 22.

I am, currently, almost a third of the way into Book 4. I haven't been able to work on writing DRR because of this deadline--switching projects makes me slow down quite a bit, and it's not something I can afford right now.

What I was able to do, though, is plan out the rest of DRR Book 2, which will speed things up a ton. So here's the rough plan for March:

- Until March 22, large chapter dumps of Book 4 of Edge Cases will be going up, the first one starting tomorrow (not today because I'm half asleep already and can't keep my eyes open enough to spellcheck my tagging, let alone the chapter)

- Once March 22 arrives, full focus switches to DRR and we'll get a large chapter dump then. I'll try to get bonus chapters out there before then - chapter 48 is still halfway written - but I can't make any promises. We should see a good chunk of chapters (minimum three, maximum around eight, probably) by the end of March.

Again, really sorry about the delays - the timing of it all has kinda sucked (and I'm still a little sick, but I'll be fine). Thank you for all your patience and support, it means the world to me.
