Netorase Phone version 0.6

Hello my horny boys!

Just as planned, here is version 0.6 of Netorase Phone.

This version adds Act V, called "The Party". It also introduces SquareGram, a pictures-centric social application. It is relatively empty for now, but will be progressively filled as time passes. In the future, it will also includes adult profiles, with a bit more "interesting" content. 😉

It also includes a few quality of life elements, and a few behind-the-scenes improvements for future content.

Update: the game has been updated to version 0.6.4. This small update corrects an issue that made the game freeze after two specific choices, and another that made Triggers not reset correctly on loading, making one of these specific choices unavoidable. A deadly combination.

Version 0.6.3 also adds a failsafe against soft locks. This system should, in most cases, trigger another scene if you get softlocked. It may create stupid situations, because the "next" scene is not always the most coherent one (you may get alternative versions of the same scene), but at least you won't be blocked. It will also give you a nice error code you can send me, to let me see where the issue is.

Version 0.6.4 adds shortcut in the Memories app to start chapters manually, because the failsafe didn't work...

Here's the complete update notes for version 0.6:

Story:

- Added Act V, including chapters 13 to 15

- Added 29 new interludes

- Temporarily increased the amount of interludes triggered after each eligible chapters, from 2 to 3, to account for the high number of new interludes

- 43 new pictures

Functionalities:

- Added the SquareGram application, an Instagram-like social media. Functionalities are limited for now, but some will be added later.

- Added a Memories application, containing a Start New Game button, and a button to start the last update's content. Checkpoints will be re-added there later in version 0.8.

- Added a View Fullscreen button to the image viewer.

- Added a Pause function, triggered with the P key on PC. Android version cannot be paused yet.

- Added keyboard shortcuts for chat inputs: Spacebar can be used when the player is asked to answer, and up/down arrows can be used to select top and bottom options (or to answer when a single option is available). These shortcuts will be customizable later.

Improvements:

- Improved the way interludes are selected, to create more variety.

- Loading a save created with an older version will restart the current chapter of, if the game had been "completed", start the new content.

- The Factory Reset option in Settings will now delete all your profile files and save files. Be careful using it, and consider using the New Game button from memories instead.

Bug corrections:

- Added 64 bits version to the Android APK to try once again to improve compatibility.

- Corrected a few issues bricking the game after some chapters ended, and creating illogical situations when loading a save.

- Improved the saving system to avoid making the game lag regularly.

What's next?

Version 0.7 will add a new act called "Going Steady", including 3 chapters, and probably relatively sex-heavy.

It will also introduce a complete rework of the Gallery.

Version 0.7 will release on July 9th for Supporters.
