Unzip the downloaded file to the same folder as the game (main folder where the launcher is located)
Within the Dialogs folder that will be created after the file is unzipped, copy the ENG folder and rename the new folder to the acronym for the new language.
Translate all the files inside the new folder to the desired language.
It is very important that the translated files have the same number of lines as the originals. And that any and all content within { } or < > is not translated. The numeric IDs in each dialog can not be changed either.
The separation between the groups of dialogs must be respected equally as it is in the originals (Line break, ---, line break)

I advise using Notepad ++ to keep the same number of lines as the original file.
