Directors Log - July

Howdy folks, Heretical here with a July update.


What can I say? The level of love and appreciation, and even the healthy criticism and advice I see from comments on Tik Tok, Youtube, and even here are amazing and deeply appreciated. Creating extensive Lore videos for characters that were more or less created with random bits and pieces of personality has been one heck of an undertaking. But we're almost done. With the Barbarian coming soon, the Fighter, Necromancer, Bard and Warlock soon after, my only hope is that they'll continue to amaze you like the previous videos have.

Now for you specifically, patrons, I wish to thank you once again. Our artist of choice is currently hard at work designing uniformed assets for the entire cast. Thanks to your patronage, specifically, we should be able to have them all done for the final lore video. One I think you all will enjoy immensely.

This month has been difficult, I won't lie. Sleepless nights filled with thoughts of the next adventure, the next plot, the next script. Conversations and live readings with voice talent. My day job, and even the possibility of new and exciting heights we'll reach by the end of the year. But no matter what, it all seems worth it when I see all of ya laughing and loving the videos.

Y'all make this worth every minute of work. Thank you.

This Friday we will have a special short video created in order to still have an upload, and also give me more time to polish and improve the Barbarian video with some new combat animation I'm trying to learn, so I hope you'll enjoy. Thanks again for sticking with us, and I can't wait to show you the rest of the lore videos before we continue on our adventure of comedic shenanigans.
