Samovar Opens!

Exciting news today! As you may recall, as part of last year's fund drive we raised enough money to launch a sister magazine for Strange Horizons, focusing on speculative fiction in translation.
Well, it won't publish its first issue for another couple of months, but as of today Samovar is officially open to submissions. You can check out its submission guidelines on its (in-development) website here:
