Strange Horizons nominated for a Hugo

Strange Horizons has been nominated for a Hugo for the 9th year in a row. Even better, WorldCon finally let us list every member of the team. Semiprozines take a lot of labor, and on awards like this, that labor is often unrecognized, because name limits deliberately reward hierarchy.
