Clits and T-dicks come in all shapes and sizes, the addition of higher levels of testosterone just happens to make T-dicks and clits behave more prominently (morning wood, random boners, shrinking when flaccid and concealing the tip in the foreskin or hood then becoming very noticeable and hard when erect).
Often times T-dicks can have visible veins when aroused, lip connection isn't really 1 key point as much as its a gradient of connection around the foreskin or hood, and the cocktip or clitoris.
This is only one example of shape and size, lips size, shape, texture and Tdick or clit length, thickness and tip shape is super variable, but hopefully this can be helpful!
