About The Dungeon Archive

The Dungeon Archive releases a new gameplay oriented battlemap every Wednesday and is adding more and more extra content regularly like animated tokens, animated maps, monsters, NPCs or short encounters.

Their signature map is the “Modular Maps” and “Very Long Maps” collections: a series of completely seamless modular tiles that can be used to create an infinite Street, Sewer, Dungeon, Mine, Jungle, Forest, River or Woodland in a matter of minutes or improvise it as the players explore. They are not only creating more Modular Maps but also expanding the ones that already exist with new tiles and whole districts that can be combined with the original tiles.

Everything is also optimized and pre-configured for Foundry with a lot of the tools that Moulinette offers, even the Modular Maps: you just have to drag and drop the tiles into the scene and everything is set up instantly with walls, lights, levels, etc.

Most of the content is accompanied with stories and descriptions inspired by cool real life facts about history, ancient civilizations, animal behaviors, etc. They will soon release a whole world setting where everything they create can be found, so you not only have individual maps but a whole world to explore that you can play or add to your campaign.
