I do not Saturday VIM sold out in two minutes, and the ticket server couldn’t handle that many folks trying to buy them all at once. 😞 We are trying to get some more tickets released, though. He asked me to ask folks to give him 2 weeks to see what we can figure out, so I might still have some good news fir you if you still want to make the trip. 🥰🖤

I’m making a list of everyone who had issues like this for him, and he asked me to ask folks to “give him two weeks” to see what can be done about it. I’m adding you to the list and letting him know about this, so hopefully in 2 weeks I can give you some good news (assuming you still want to come 😋🖤🖤).

So sorry about that. I can tell you there was a lot of arguing back & forth over whether there should be 3 day passes or not, and ultimately the reason for not having them was that it is a very small venue & the days were all so different. He wanted people to be able to pick & choose which events they attended. However. He realizes now that was not the right call, so if we do this again we won’t repeat that mistake.

Haha he ordered 13 this week...2 for our film fest winners, 10 for our film fest shorts winners, and this year’s lifetime achievement award.

I was really lucky. I was at the ticket website right at noon and was able to get a Saturday VIM but I had to do some refresh-fu with my cart to make it work. But I only had money for the one day. It's a 9 hour drive, all day at the festival, sleep in the van overnight and drive back. I wish I could do all 3 days. But I was lucky this year.

By the time I got free at a half hour after tickets went onsale. Tickets went quicker than 30 dollar tv at Wal-Mart on Black Friday. Still talking to the crew if we want to head out Sunday. But it's not looking good.

Very likely. I had already snagged a room for the entire weekend so was hoping to attend all three days. Was baffled when you couldn't snag the 3 days at once.

I hope there'll be enough Hubbies to hand out since people might turn up to accept them this time.

Ok - here's the big question. Wendy Lyon did not win Breast Actress for Prom Night II. Clearly she was robbed. Have you and Joe Bob talked about what happened that year, and why this shameful travesty of justice was allowed to stand? If this had happened today there would be protest marches.

I'm there all 3 days. I'm a VIM for Friday and Sunday, but just a Mutant for Saturday. If you can do something so that I don't have to leave Sat night and come back Sun morning, it would be awesome. But like -- this was the first time you guys have done something this crazy on this kind of scale. There will be lots of lessons learned. Do not sweat the details. We know you care. You're always cool. You and JB always do your best for us. This will cost me the same as a trip to Europe, but the difference is that I'm guaranteed an awesome time at the Joe Bob Jamboree/Mutantfest/Darcypalooza. When I'm inside the gates, everyone else who is there will be my friend. Won't matter if we've met. We all belong to the same tribe. Plus, I'm going to get to meet & party with twitter friends I've never met. Plus You guys will be there! I'm convinced Sunday night will be completely off the hook. I'm flying there from LAX. Delta flies into Allentown - super close. Got to figure out what to bring and all of that. Plus, I gotta come through on the Cosplay. I'd feel like I was betraying you if I didn't try to rock some kind of cosplay!
