ScathingAtheist 497: Edyukated Addition

The good news: You get your very own bonus headline this week.
The bad news: Almost all of the other patron bonus stuff is an uncomfortably candid discussion of poop removal.

Shownotes:

In this week’s episode, you can tweet whatever you want at Jason Rapert, Christianity accidentally bans itself from a school district, and David Icke don’t need no education.

Hi. I live in Tarrant County, Texas, between Fort Worth and Dallas. I used to live in Keller. That town is a Karen Paradise! I need to gently correct a statement made by Heath: “Intellectual honesty has no place on a school board in Texas.” isn’t quite accurate. Correction: “Intellect has no place on a school board in Texas.” I’m often cynically amused when self-proclaimed Christians accidentally expose themselves as having never read the Bible, which they expect everyone else to conform to and abide by, despite their own stupidity as to its contents. I hate my state. The insanity is bad enough, but the pervasive ignorance is about to cause me to start drinking again. Please, everyone, cross your fingers and toes, close your eyes, turn around three times, and make a very fervent and sincere wish that Beto O’Rourke wins the Texas gubernatorial election this November! 😉 🤞🏻🙏🏻😁

If Noah needs diatribe material, please watch the Jon Gruden’s apology. For non-(US) football fans, he was a head coach who was fired a few years ago because he was sending out bigoted emails. Yesterday he has he doing a press conference and of course he said “…I am a good person. I believe that. I go to church…” Why is it that people who attend church regularly are typically just awful people.
