Sanctuary
Added 2025-04-06 23:00:01 +0000 UTCSanctuary is a SFW guided audio experience that takes you into trance and helps you to develop a "safe space" or a "happy place" in your own mind. Somewhere you can revisit as needed, when times are tough or emotions are running high, for a little hit of comfort and zen. Everybody's Sanctuary is individual - unique to them, and tailormade for your own purposes. It's sort of an evolution to my Pride: The Library of Your Mind file... but with less of a fixed form.
I began writing this file post A Certain Political Appointment of a Certain Unlikeable Nasty Troglodyte in 2024. It's a hard time to be queer right now - and so I'm making it freely available wherever I can! Hopefully it's of use to you. Queer joy IS defiance, queer joy IS resistance, and making time to feel as much of that good shit as possible is as worthy a cause as any.
CONTENT WARNINGS:
None, really. There is light suggestion that you can come back to this file if you need to develop the Sanctuary further/clarify it in your mind. That's probably it?

Maybe! I think sometimes our ability to hold a visualization intact can flux too, it does take a little energy. Sounds like you did well to me - might just be something you're still settling on, which is totally cool.
