"Sousou no Frieren" "Sousou (่ฌ้) is a word that is formed by combining 2 characters each with their own meaning, ่ฌ "to bury" and ้ "to send off". Usually, the word has a sad and grieving nuance, but in some contexts, it also means "to kill/to end"." So it has a double meaning. The author played with it starting the show with Himmel's death and the grieving and now showing the other side/meaning. She sends demon's to death. That moment broke brains when it flipped in the manga community lol. Another translation for Frieren the Elegy is Frieren the Slayer
