Anime Matsuri’s John Leigh Lawyers Up to Silence Fashion Vlogger

The entire experience, from the initial story tip, to the chasing down leads, to the weeks of research and reaching out to parties... I can't really describe it. Even the legal review kept me on edge this whole time.
In the hour before this went out, I was trying my best to focus on my day work, chewing my fingernails down to nothing (yes, I do that. Don't judge. :P ) as I waited for that 12:09PM launch. (There's a good reason for the weird time - I may go into it if people want to know.)
Right now, though, I'm glad it's out, that it's being read, and that people are starting to respond. This is a story that needed to be told.
And, yeah. This is a story that, horrific subject matter aside, helped to rekindle some of that adoration of journalism again.
