Somebody actually did once successfully file a copyright claim on "I Saw My Grandmother Pleasing Herself" How they managed to do this I do not know, but I was shocked at how it was even possible. It was quickly remedied but that seems like a pretty severe flaw in the system.

On the topic of banning, youtubers usually only have issues with false copyright strikes which should never be an issue for you because all your content is completely original. And “storytime” type videos are always popular on YouTube, so just discussing certain subjects is usually completely fine (albeit in a slightly roundabout way to avoid limited exposure/ads)
