Taxes

So apparently i had to do something regarding taxes for everyone.
I still dont know what the hell it all is about and i dont know what falls under the tax for every country, let alone state, on this planet.
So i hope i done it right but apparently i now need to mark everyone as "complete" every month.
Im just a little like, my own taxes are pure madness as is, i hope i done it right.
So if you saw anything change, well that will likely be this.
