NC is finally showing some signs of reopening as we enter phase one on Friday! I've been back home the past few days and I can't wait to get back into the gym and burn off some of this pent up energy. I've been helping my mom landscape her vacation rental so that's been my only exercise lately and I actually really enjoy it.
After trying the appetite simulants on a few days and off a few days, I really think they make a difference! I was pushed to really pack it in a few nights ago and it was enough food to take me to my safe limit, it felt like any more and I'd be sick.
I checked off some of your requests in this batch and have a video to upload tomorrow to check off a few more too! Even with the globe taking a timeout, the goal is still 300 before the end of the year and I really think it'll happen.
