How crazy it seems to me that the entire trajectory of your life can change based on what happens inside your mind.
It is the place where wonderful ideas and creativity come about……but also get shot down by doubt or insecurity.
It is the place where motivation can rise up and propel us forward……or it can die off or be delayed by inactivity and procrastination.
It is the place where neuron tracks are firing to create new habits and insights with deeper revelations that are exciting…..or old tracks take over and we find ourselves in less than productive habits.
That is why I believe the Bible talks about renewing our minds. It is not one and done. It is repetitive. It is continuous. With the best Counselor ever (the Holy Spirit) we can take those ideas, that creativity, that motivation and create and keep those good neuron tracks digging deeper grooves in our minds.
Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Romans 12:2

Yes! In the ‘70s we told to expand our mind, and feed our heads… but God has fed my head (and heart) way more than any drug ever could. The Holy Spirit has renewed and continues to renew my mind. My mind has been blown thousands of times by a God that is so loving and personal that He wants our minds restored to the perfection He had planned for us from the beginning. Thanks Sister for the awesome word this beautiful morning!
