2023-03-25 20:45:49 +0000 UTCI experienced that “hate is a burden to bear”. I had an unbelievably cruel boss. Even after he moved on, I allowed him to live rent free in my mind. It was caustic! I learned to let it go and it lifted a huge burden off of me.
