Weekly Update #84

I hope that everybody who celebrated it had a great Thanksgiving. As for those of you who didn't celebrate it, I hope that you had a great week regardless!

Oh. Joy. Just as I was about to publish this weekly update, I discovered that the thief from before has LDQ back up on Amazon with the original listing. Time to deal with that. Again.

15 hours, 17,345 words. It's weird. Seeing the hours so low makes me feel like "I don't deserve the money I'm making" since I always had it ingrained in me that you only make a full-time living if you're working at least 40 hours a week. Yet, I've been happy with my chapters, they're the same length as always, and I'm increasing my writing efficiency since I'm able to concentrate much better now. I've gone from taking 50+ hours a week to write the same amount to 40 hours, to 30 hours, to 20 hours, and now to 15 hours. That's awesome, but it also makes me worry that I'm not writing enough. It's very silly and I'm trying to shake the whole concept of "you're not worth your price unless you're working X amount of hours" thing out of my brain since that's just toxic. 

The True Endgame

Alright, we're moving into the final segment for this volume now. I suspect maybe... 3-5 more chapters before this volume is over? That will probably put it at the longest TTE volume to date, but that's what happens when you include a bunch of slice of life moments and other things instead of going after the main "plot" point for the volume = P.

Ero Dungeon Online

I've been getting lots of positive feedback both on here and by free readers lately regarding EDO, so that's awesome. I'm super happy to know that everybody is enjoying this reboot and that quite a few believe that it's overall much better than the original.

The Queen's Hound

I feel like Elanah has gotten a pretty nice amount of attention and some expansion on her character lately, and Zurie is Zurie who only needs like a single chapter every  now and then to be even better than before, so that means it's time for Lixue to get some love and attention, yes?

Lazy Dragon Queen

Strange fact: despite being my least-followed fiction, LDQ gets the highest amount of views relative to its followers. Every single one of my other fictions gets less views than it has in followers. LDQ, though? LDQ doubles its followers in views every single week somehow. I legitimately don't understand it

CORE

Yes, CORE is actually getting a focus on plot and character growth and dealing with hard issues and stuff. Shocking, right?
