Weekly Update #141

Well, this is late. First I was all, "Well, it's Saturday, so I should type this up, buuuuuutttt maybe it would be better until like an hour before my debut on Sunday to post this so that I can advertise to people that my first stream is about to happen. " Then Sunday came and I did all my last minute preparations, since I always do things at the last minute, and so that was how I ended up completely forgetting about this until after the stream was over. By that point, I was drunk and there was no way I'd be able to type this up. And now I can feel the hangover starting, so I'm going to go to sleep as soon as I'm done typing this.

Anyways, this week has been--whew. Writing, uploading videos, and then having my first stream has been... fun. I like all the extra work I've been doing. And as masochistic as it might make me sound, I actually feel even more motivated to write more stories now that I've been pushed to do more overall? I just feel more productive and it's like a positive feedback loop. Being productive makes me feel productive which makes me want to be more productive.

I also started a RimWorld series which you can view on my channel! I've been trying to upload more to it daily, but it seems like I'll probably settle just for uploading Mon-Fri instead off on the weekends, too. Maybe once I have the first volume of LDQ finished with editing, I'll put some more time into editing videos so that I can post daily, but I'm happy with 5 videos a week in addition to streams instead.

15 hours and 14,085 words this week for writing, and then 43 hours for vtuber-related things like recording, editing, and streaming. But, obviously, I'm not going to count those 43 hours as work since I'm taking it as a hobby. I just think it'll be fun to keep track of the total hours I invest into that, too.

The True Endgame

There's a lot about the latest chapter I'd love to gush about, but it'd be spoilers for both people who aren't on the $10 tier and people who are on it. So, I'll just settle for saying that it was a really fun chapter and the next one should be fun, too! Though, at this rate, Fenrir really is going to have to find a lot more of those "souls."

Also, part of me feels like Azalabulia has had the least amount of development and time, so it's time to get her plenty of love!

Ero Dungeon Online

The latest chapter ended up not being as good as the one before it, which I think most of us can agree on, but I still enjoyed writing it. Honestly, though, I would probably cut that scene out if editing the novel later on. Or well, maybe not cut it out, but save it for another time since I'm still happy with how it turned out. Instead of going thighs -> 69 -> sex (next chapter), just go thighs -> sex and save the 69 for a completely different scene.

Lazy Dragon Queen

And so, the occupant of the archer tower has finally been revealed. I think that I can safely say expectations were subverted at this point. Heh. I'll also say that while her personality might not seem to match with what is generally expected of her species, just give me some time and I promise to show you what she's capable of.

Reading Report

Honestly, I didn't read again this week because I was so busy with the vtuber stuff. I'm definitely going to read more this week, though. I got one book recently that's featured in the Warhammer 40k universe and covers some ordinary combat pilots, so I think I'm going to give that book a try this week! Double Eagle is the name of the book.

I'm very sleepy and I'm not looking forward to the hangover when I wake up.
