You've got a nice light source to check out the cave, and if that looks to be safe, you should take some time to set up a temporary camp there. Braeburn's apple will help restore your health, you can get some love energy from your crystal, and your strong mat should protect you from any stones on the cave floor. A little cactus juice might be good to wash the apple down with, but be careful how you drink that; with the time in the bottle and the heat, your nice, safe cactus juice might have developed a little fermentation assist.
