Doesn´t looks very friendly and probably is not going to reason with you. Use your fire breath to blind and scare her, but try not to hurt her; after all, she is just a mother worried for her child. Maybe when she is scared you can attempt to run away and reach the dragon´s cave.

Try explaining that you are helping her child, don't resort to violence right away. She has had a rough day and is likely confused and scared.

Tell her that her chill is safe for now but it can easely change if she don't let you rescue her from the dragon who keep her prisonner. If diplomacy don't work, THEN breath fire to pass her.
