Using Healing Tear on Chrysalis. Last time you misjudged a Changeling, she happened to be your sister. And from the stories told by your aunt and parents, Queen Chrysalis, under normal conditions, is strong enough to take on a group of Timberwolves on her own. So Chrysalis must've been weakened somehow. Since Changelings get their strength from love, Chrysalis must've been low on love. And if she were here to take over and steal love, I doubt she would come into the Everfree Forest, especially if she's low on energy. So perhaps at the moment, she's just a worried mother who's looking for her daughter, your sister, Young Queen. And if there's anyone who can help ponies understand Changeling biology to help your sister, it's the Changeling queen herself. If she can still feel pain while she's unconscious, then perhaps if you tell her what to do, she'll subconsciously remember. That way, perhaps she will take you with her while allowing you to rest.

You said it yourself, the queen is good (skilled, strong). She would also need to be smart and informed to pull off what she did. Were she here for malicious reasons, this wouldn't make sense. Hiding in the Everfree? She knows about the hazards, so her objective would also need to be here... or have passed through.... One more thing to consider, what you read may be a tad (extremely) biased. Little to nothing is know about why the attack happened. Why is an important question. Why decided not long ago that your supposedly heroic actions where actually evil (attacking your sister). Let's review your options; 1: Heal, and gamble on some answers; or 2: Fly far enough to watch her die. Honestly sounds like a one sided option.
