Ps. Please forgive me for other choice that wasn't be pick here. But this random vote system is what I think it will give every choices a chance to be pick. I want to respect the majority while still not forget minority. Random number still have more chance to drop at one character with many vote than one character with few or single vote after all. This is nothing but pure luck here...
