It's Starlight. Also, Spike said that if stays near Twilight, he's afraid he'd fall for her. Could we ask him WHY he's so afraid of that? If he's so concerned about Twilight being happy, why is he so afraid of being happy with her?

You would have the chance to tell Spike that he really does love her ("she is the mare most deserving of happiness" is not something one usually says of someone who is just a friend.) and ask if Twilight were to ask him to do something, if he would do it even if it meant dropping everything he was doing at the time to help her. If he honestly can't say no to that question, that is, more than anything, proof that he really does love her. It sounds at this point that he is just afraid to admit to himself that he does.... Or maybe I'm just over thinking things XD.
