One day in a meeting, as all of her friends surprised her when they started talking about having sex with their own Changelings and sharing their experiences with each other. Twilight was so embarrassed and became silent the whole time, until all of her friends asked for her story. They were surprised when she told them the facts that she never have sex with her Changeling before. They apologised to Twilight for bringing up such a lewd topic in this meeting, they just truly believed that Twilight already had sex with her own Changeling, when in fact, Twilight was more innocent than her friends were giving her credit for. 

Twilight looked at her friends with a bright red face and asked if since they were having sex with their Changelings, Is that meant they were in love with their Changelings and planned to be their special somepony? Her friends all looked at each other and laughed. It made Twilight confused with their reaction as she didn't understand what was so funny. Before Rarity told her that sex wasn't only for lovers, but it could be a fun activity between close friends as well. Then, they all  told her the concept of "Friendship With Benefits" to the innocent Alicorn princess.

 Since that day, Twilight always thought back to what her friend told her. She always looked at her reading partner nervously. But she knew that once it's charity work was over, all the Changelings would leave Ponyville and go back to find their lonely queen. It will long gone from her life and it might hurt her a lot for losing it if she fell in love with it...

The Changeling somehow noticed her worries, and it really worried about her. It went seeking help from the other mane6 and asked what was bothering Twilight? But once it knew that Twilight was worrying about sex, it confused. Being a commander meant it never needed to harvest love, but wait for the harvesters to come back and offer love to it to feed instead. So this meant sex was something new for it and this Changeling did not understand how deep this sex thing was. So it came clean with Twilight and offered to have sex with her if she wanted it. Twilight was surprised at how bold her changeling was, but accepted its invite in the end. 

But they didn't get into having sex right away after that. Both of them were still new to sex, so they started to study and learn more about it together from books first. In time, they knew more about how to have safe sex, how to satisfy their partner, positions, pleasure spots, etc. They decided to take this sexual plan very slowly. Each night, trying something light first like making out, hoofjobs and oral sex. 

Until one night, when they decided they were ready and comfortable with each other, they finally took their sexual activity to the next step... 

Their first time sex was a little bit clumpy at first. But they tried as best as they could to use everything they learned from the books to please their partner well. Synopsis of Story: 

"In the end of Season 6, the Mane 6 returned to their home and found that their imposters (Black Changeling) were all still here.  After hearing about how their queen had lost and that a new king had ascended, they surrendered to the Mane 6 and they were forced to do charity work to atone for their crimes while under the Mane6’s supervision. However, they refused to give up the love they currently had in order to become colourful Changelings and join Thorax's hive, saying they will find their old queen once they had atoned from all their crimes.  

The Mane6 let these Changelings turn into Changeling versions of themselves, to better identify which pony each Changeling belonged to."
