Newton's Second Law tells us that the force of an object is equal to it's mass times acceleration. The third Law states that for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Taking these 3 into account we can assume that the acceleration of said dragon is so strong that it is ripping the ground from around it to move faster out of it's path. We shall use this to say screw the rest of natural law by bouncing on each flying piece of earth that is still in motion as the dragon has passed it. Our timing is so precise that we dodge the dragon's attack not over it, not around it, but through the onslaught itself. Our reflexes are that of a grand master ninja. As we land on the dragon's opposite side we complete our dodge of the dragon's attack by landing on the opposite side as the dragon, whom cannot change directions due to size, slams into the very wall of the arena with recoil damage.

If you kick back(away) and up at the last moment, he WILL hit you, but with reduced force. Looking at the angle he's presenting you with, you can use that impact to move forward up his spine until you get adjusted to his speed and can ride steadily. Ending this turn on his back gives you advantage in the next turn, more so if he doesn't notice, and a very good look at the strike your dodging. while i like the idea i don't see any wings on the dragon

pop a candy and run in the opposite direction of the attack using the speed to help takeoff with your wing then use black vine as well to get you into the air faster while in the air above the dragon use your blackvine to both hold the dragon down and tying it the same way you'd do for a saddle on a horse but also tie its legs together then land on its head and grab the reigns if done right and if the black vine is strong enough perhaps we can use the dragon to fight the other dragons(and perhaps open the chest) also whats our scan total at it hasnt been updated recently is it 70% or 80%?

Pop the candy into your mouth, fly from rock to rock that is tossed in the air kicking them back down at the dragon while also leading it to a wall, then while the dragon is stunned shoot it with a magic arrow in its week spot close enough to the dragon that you are out of its reach if it retaliates immediately after.

Fly up and at the dragon and land on it and run across it's body. Take a ration while you run on it's back and as you get to the end of it's body grab hold to its tall and let it throw you up and then transform into your Griffin form and glide back down to the ground.
