If World Eater is probably stronger than Discord/Eris (I forget which gender is in this version), since World Eater is the Uncle of Luna and Celestia, who are daughters of the Alicorn of Creation, and last I recalled, Discord/Eris hadn't Created a world (or Destroyed it), and Discord/Eris can alter their own state easily enough (might come from being a Chaos creature, which may be a bit more fluid in existence than those of Order), so I don't see too much reason why World Eater can't at least change size.
