Fly at him, then transform into changeling form to tackle him to the ground then kiss him. He might be able to throw us off, but even being able to drain any amount of love from him with probably weaken him enough to finish the fight. We're at pretty much full health and energy, so even if he gets a free hit in without throwing us off, it'll be worth it.

It is not the smartest as Regis most likely will attack, he still got a shield and I doubt the "true hero" will give up from being kissed. Also I doubt he would like to be kissed with a beak from a bird on fire and would consider it as an attack (I would consider it to be aggressive if a bird started to peck me in face).
