We hope you like farming, cuz ’tis the season

• The Love Is in the Air holiday is back, and you now have to be level 98 to farm the Big Love Rocket. So be sure to consider that when you’re making your farming spreadsheet this year.
• And good luck to you poor fools still trying to get it. I have accepted my fate as someone who will never have this mount, and suggest you try to come to terms with this as well. It’s been very good for my sanity.

Here’s something you can reasonably get in WoW, though

• Your own fancy set of Doomsayer’s Robes! Which totally deserves the exclamation point!

And another thing you can get without any farming…

• Our third anniversary shirt! Which probably also deserves the exclamation point!
• Okay, okay, I’ll stop now.

If you like to collect those fancy WoW Collector’s Edition boxes…

• Sorry, because Blizzard doesn’t have a way for you to get the digital pre-order bonuses if you want a physical box. They plan on having a plan for CE buyers at some later date, but right now if you want to play an Allied Race you need to buy the digital version.

• Rossi talks the history of the Proudmoore family, who (Jaina aside), have been mostly absent from WoW.

StarCraft is still a thing?

• The game hasn’t been getting a lot of attention, but this summer Blizzard will be putting out a new StarCraft comic series. No word yet on where it fits in the StarCraft timeline, though.

You can’t stop the Overwatch League hype train

• While I haven’t been doing much to hype it here, Overwatch League is still zooming forward. Our poor underdog Shanghai Dragons still haven’t managed to win a match, and their game tomorrow against the London Spitfire seems unlikely to change that state of affairs. But it’s been a heck of a week, with former top-of-the-League team Seoul Dynasty taking a second loss and only narrowly eking out a win against the Houston Outlaws in their last game.
• Catch the next round of matches starting Saturday at 1 p.m. CST, or wait until Monday for Anna to do a roundup of the action. Or both!
