Think back what Terran and Steve said in the lore/story video. They are adding tools all the time and they’re trying to not rely on just one to a detriment. The Allied races feels like that would fit in to what they talked about there. They most likely don’t want to over do it going in to the next expansion.

2019-01-31 23:04:15 +0000 UTCIt's good to get some armour that does not cover you properly, for various reasons. The first Gnome I rolled was so that I could make a futuristic transmog and have it make some lore sense and making it female was helpful due to some armour not covering properly since the shirt underneath could be made to look like it was a part of the armour that was some sort of flexible material to aid in combat. For that sort of mog i think it's cool to let the arms and a bit of the abdomen show to let the shirt do this.
