Time for the personal Q&A!!

As promised, in the family membership it is included a personal Q&A where only members in the family tier can ask question and I will film a Q&A video that only family members can watch. So it is time to collect your questions =) Sice there is not so many of you in the family tier as for right now I can promise 100% that I can answer all of your questions =)

The questions can be about anything so just keep them coming. I am glad if I can help you with anything with your nutrition/training or if you have personal questions or just random questions =)
