$600 Milestone Bonus Reward!

hello little birds!!

so, here we are, nearly at the end of June, a couple of weeks on from Kill Screen Fest, and I'm still late on that game I promised you.  the good news there is that it'll be done within the next day or two, guaranteed!  and after that, I've got another idea I'm excited to get started on right away, and I'm confident I can get that out on time, so things will be back on track!

but I promised you something special, didn't I?  a bonus download because of your incredible kindness and generosity.  trouble is, it's been a tough month and I've had a lot of difficulty focusing on getting things done, more than i usually do.  then, just a night ago, it hit me-- I've been getting a lot of questions lately about my writing, particularly whether or not I ever write short fiction.  the answer, generally speaking, is no-- at least, not anymore.  but before I did this thing I do now, writing is what i had hoped to do, and even now i still dabble from time to time!

so, in the spirit of that, i thought it would be fun to dig up a few stories i've written over the past few years, from both before and after i began on my journey to become a weird blithering corvid swamp-witch gutterpunk gamegirl!  i'm at once proud of and embarassed by them, as is often the case with old creative work.  they each make me cringe in different ways, but you know what?  i think it's safe to say that i would not be here, doing what i do, surviving every month on an absolutely breathtaking $600+ per month of your generosity, if you didn't sort of kind of maybe dig what I do at least a little bit.  and you know what else?  i'm not kidding when I say i love you!  so, cringes aside, here are three short stories from 2013 to 2015-- two horror(ish) stories about cities, and a silly exercise in cyberpunk action.  these have NEVER BEEN RELEASED BEFORE EVER in any way shape or form-- they're straight from my archives to your eyes!

so i'll just uh... i'll just be leaving the room now and forgetting that i gave these out.  i hope you can salvage some kind of amusement from them!
