January Postcard Suggestions?

I have been absolutely wondrously overwhelmed with the support shown to the launch of the Merry Blackbird Postcard Society! Thank you all SO much for being here, you have no idea how much it means to me. Each one of you is making a real material difference in my life as I continue this new journey of making freelance illustrator my full time job.   There's no amount of Thank Yous I could type that would express my gratitude. 

This week, I'm going to start working on January's Postcard of the Month while I prepare your New Years cards for shipping! I'm still feeling out what relationship I want you all to have with my ideating process -- Polls are customary, and I do intend to make use of those in the future. :P For right now, I thought I could start by asking you all for suggestions! They can be broad things you'd like to see me explore, more specific prompts, images you think I'd be inspired by, etc! 

January's card will likely have some Wintery imagery, something to sweeten and aestheticize the freezing blight of my least favorite season. With that in mind, feel free to offer anything you'd like to see me make, with my typical wheelhouse in mind, things like: 

-- Folklore & fairy tales, mythology & fantasy
-- Illustration & photography from the 1890s to the 1920s
-- Fashion of the same era
-- Queer imagery & history

PS: I will make a separate post about this later, but want people to have the opportunity to forget and remember a few times -- If the name you included in your shipping address is different than the one you want to be addressed by in a personal note from me, let me know in a private message! I'm happy to address you by any name or internet handle that you're more comfortable with. And if you have not provided me with a shipping address at all -- please do so, or I'm unable to send you your rewards!
