The Brink and Back - Character Design - Part Four (Poll
Added 2024-07-05 16:17:46 +0000 UTCHello again! So far, we have a female Corpo Executive! That means it's time to pick their level of cyber/boiware. Because they are a corpo with access to serious money and goods, there isn't a low or 'ganic option for the character you have designed so far.
Instead, your options are:
(Percentages are the amount of their body replaced. This is general, and not meant to be taken exactly)

I agree bio doesn’t get enough love in cyberpunk fanfiction. I get why, it would’ve made making cyberpunk 2077 twice as hard. But logically having a synergy between the two would probably be super efficient with less downsides if done right IMO.

At least for some of the proprietary ones they don’t want out of their hands (I imagine as a way to disincentivize any leavers and reward those that stay) Do these percentages take that into account? Or is that what they leave with/get replacements for later?

2024-07-05 17:44:24 +0000 UTCDefinitely a mix. I prefer bioware because of the risk of Cyber Psychosis, but limited cyberware is fine. Mixing a nano hive for example with an increased regeneration bio implant would be amazing. Then there's net runner gear, or increased mental capacity bio implants. Really the list is endless. Just depends on how you as author see her role in the group.
