There are going to be opportunities to help or use them in different circumstances, but there is also the question of whether he should sell them or not.
WARNING: In all honesty, this is more of a background rule than a story beat, as I do not have a specific moment designed around the poll at the moment. The opportunity may arise for characters to ask for commissions (or other options), and this is how he would respond, but it might just never come up because of how little interaction he has with the media or with people online.

He should offer protectorate the low level blood enchant for the perfect fit effect (especially for capes with shapechanger powers assuming it will resize with them or at least not be destroyed). They provide the suit/armor, and he enchants for a fee. 2. Same as first but a single elemental resist that can be combined with the blood enchant for any cape that burn their clothes often or something similar 3. Trusted Capes can buy mid level gear. Requires him to know them or to be recommended by someone he respects 4. The really nice stuff he should only offer to teammates or possibly use to recruit assistance against E88

2025-01-12 00:46:05 +0000 UTCI can see why your making a poll for this. It's a hard question. PHO stuff a major part of Worm lore/interactions, it's hard NOT to include it anywhere. I'd say only people he trusts, which in all honesty, isn't alot of people. He already supplied new wave and he isn't really on good terms right now with the ENE PRT. Undersiders have been mostly a nonfactor. I'd say only people he trusts makes the most sense with his personality and how to story is shaping up.
