Cherry Poptart #1-2024
Added 2024-09-14 01:13:44 +0000 UTCGonna do a limited edition reprint of the legendary Cherry Poptart #1 with a foil cover, so I completely redid the colors, which had gotten really funky over the years, scans of scans, all moired out, which was OK for the Legacy Edition where I was trying to reproduce what an old copy of it looked like ( I really wanted to do it on off-white newsprint ), but this here is a do-over, so I made it all clean, flat & crisp, graphic; almost a Pat Nagel feel to it, that is not what I was thinking at the time, but there it is. So there she is, immediately going meta, still asking the question that has not been answered.
I figure putting Poptart on a cover is like past the statute of limitations now or something. I would rather enjoy being sued by Kellogg's at this point, that shit would go viral & make my day.
