I was just playing around with some props/clothing I've never used before and it turned into this idea for a scene.

Are you already familiar with iray surface settings? If you are, I used metallicity and glossy roughness for the reflection on the elevator walls. The glossy roughnesd is responsible for some of the blurring. The rest of the blurring is due to the camera's depth of field setting.

The stockings ending below the bottom of her short dress gives an interesting and perhaps slightly-funky accent to her appearance. The only thing missing is a defeated Rad Robin lying unconscious at her feet.
