No chapter today (10th of sep)
Added 2024-09-10 20:20:44 +0000 UTCI've been sick the last couple of days... And still feeling unwell. This is the same thing that went through my whole family (I'm the last to get it). Everyone else was disabled for around five days...
I'm hopeful that I'll be post a chapter on the normal schedule on Thursday. I'll try to do a half day tomorrow and Thursday to make sure it is ready.
Sorry... Just really hard to do creative stuff when feeling like this.

Giving a blow by blow account of how the psyche of a six year old is dismantled for a hundred pages would defeat the second part. There's going to be a couple more references over the next handful of chapters but nothing as explict as what I've already covered. Good news there is a chapter tomorrow and I've made progress on the one after so there should be on on friday as well.

We know she promised to only reincarnate him if he has a chance to make a difference and they're in a really bad spot, so I think it's safe to say DEUS believes strongly in his potential. With the competition past the 2/3 mark, she may be willing to put more into him, especially since it sounds like her plan was always to use reincarnation as a cheat to kickstart human potential.

2024-09-11 22:13:09 +0000 UTCI think this is a good wake up call for Tom, he keeps ignoring the signs and trying to play all the roles for the party, ha has to let others do their thing. Clare was a great planner, but he held her back, Keikain could do so much more but Tom was selfish and weekend everyone. He has to grow up, he was 19 when he started the tutorial, and without people around he just never had a chance, this 2 years period is the most growth he's had since entering the tutorial and it's all thanks to MKROSS and FAMES and their assassins holding him back.

2024-09-11 01:48:31 +0000 UTCIf I may offer an idea - it was really cool seeing how they were bringing Bri along. This gaslighting bit will seriously hurt the relationship. Perhaps Deus could burn a divine intervention and wipe Bri's memories of the preceding bit. Possibly even replacing them with a sense of certainty that Kang and Tom aren't reincarnators. That would allow them to push her further and be less afraid. Either way, a divine intervention mind wipe could be good. Just my .02$
