Brownhouse design, call for feedback

I'm getting started on the brownhouse now. Screenshot above shows my plans. The blue parts are the six basic blocks. Two entrances, two middle floors, two roofs. Each long side will come decorated or flat with clip holes and magnet holes.
As the grey parts shows, you can also mirror for more variety.
The size of this will be 120mm x 240mm. Given a 1:50 scale this will make them 6 meters by 12 meters. This equals 20 by 40 feet. I have read that is a common size brownstone. 1:50 seems a good compromise. Also, I make each floor 60mm high, 10 feet.
These are very early sketches. I make no promise that the final design will look like this. :-)

- What do you think about the measurements?
- What do you think about the basic design?
- Any other suggestions?
- I am thinking about making the stairs to the front door loose so it can be varied, is it worth the extra effort?

I really wanted to do that. But, since I can't ask people to take up holes in their tables, I have to raise the ground. Then I think it will be a bit much in this first version. I would really like to expand this range in the future, so who knows. :-)
