Lockball Six Trainer Generator: Pre-Transformation

Heya everyone! So as I'm sure you are all aware, TRAINER won our last lockball vote. As such, we will be designing a human for us to experiment on using the polls below! For additional context, I'm gonna go ahead and have this be the person mentioned in this post:
The employee responsible for this mistake has agreed to volunteer for Expanded Lockball Application Testing in exchange for retaining their position.
Important note, this is the pre-transformation information!
You can also choose multiple options! All traits are divided into sections of three choices. Whatever ends up with the highest percentages in each category wins!!
I will be doing a second poll to determine image 2, the post-transformation with them wearing their Lockball cage!
Another note, as I've yet to design a different variation just yet, all gender options will still require our subject to have a dick!
