With the new chapter, Ilea got a new arsenal of gear. And she doesn’t plan to keep it all. Here’s a list, and for the next epilogue chapter, I’d like for you to give me ideas for who Ilea can gift these to. The stupider the better.
No, she can’t wear everything herself on top of her dragonscale.
The Artifacts of the Sanguerrihn –
The Fury of Sanguerrihn (Mythic Quality – fire enchantments (fire spells channeled through this are stronger) / pretty much indestructible) – A silver hammer in the form of a simple smithing tool. Mythic skill - 1st increased smithing, 2nd increased heat generation 3rd increased fire abilities channeled through wielder.
The Heart of Mira (Divine Quality – Allows the wearer to use mana to heal) 1st healing skill 2nd regenerate limbs 3rd store mana over time to once per 3 days burst heal when hp reaches 1 – Small amulet of silver in the form of a harp.
Ring of the First Enchanter (Ancient Quality – Storage item with 750 units and a shit ton of crazy shit in there). From monster pieces and alchemical manuals to madness inducing cursed artifacts.
The Soul of Jasha (Ethereal Quality – You see the unseen (Space/Void/Curse/Death and other strange forces not generally visible – only works on strong manifestations).
The Twilight Shield (Divine Quality – Silver runed Bracer that creates a shimmering layer of void to prevent mana intrusion, several times per second possible but can be overwhelmed both by energy and frequency, though pretty much intrusion resistant against anyone but the entity known as Lilith)
The Hammer of Dawn (Divine Quality – Silver runed Bracer that allows you to summon an arcane lightning spear and throw – super fucking fast projectile (spreading aoe if not hit directly – lightning explosion), charged by surrounding mana. Can be overcharged if properly imbued. Pretty sick shit, purple lightning spear.
Earth Elemental Core Armor Chest Piece (Primal Quality – Looks may change depending on wearer. Timeless, silver and dark stone imbued with Primal power. Pretty much indestructible, increases shock absorption to a ridiculous degree, wielder can move through earth/rock (like a fish or some shit), and build a path through earth/rock. Hardens skin to a ridiculous degree).
Fire Elemental Armor Legs (Primal Quality, timeless – black armored pants with wisps of fire – can constantly generate heat, increases heat generation / can use mana to generate heat).
Unicorn Blood Armor Boots (Divine Quality Ice mirror step. Reflection appears in the air and then the wielder steps out somewhere else / Also flesh like wings with white feathers) – Black metal plate boots that don’t look crazy.
That’s his stuff. Now who gets what?

Yeah, I like the idea of giving the Soul to Cless. See just what becomes of her Art then when she can see so much MORE of existence than she already can.

The Heart - Trian - so he can be more dangerous in his levelling and finally have some healing like his students. The Ring - Iana and Chris... with Claire as a supervisor and ultimate authority on how/if things are used. The Soul - Cless, so her art and divinations can see even crazier shit. The Shield - Violence, to make him more durable so he can watch more shit. The Hammer - use as a prize for a medic tourney of who can withstand the most punishment - to offset the winners focus on durability at maybe the cost of attack power. The Chest Piece - Felicia, to give her crazy defense and make her toolkit completely unpredictable. Who expects a wind mage to dive into the earth? The Legs - Feyrair - let him be a fiery menace pre-transformation. The boots - Ice doggo elemental, just cause it would be fun if it could use them.

You know, the traditional action of an old monster preparing to leave their world behind. A few legacies for the primordial flame in really high level areas should be doable as well, though they'd be super dangerous for anyone to try to get since you'd need to actually risk your life to heal past the primordial flame. She's already planning to leave with Eragar so she should leave behind some means by which others can follow after

Give the Hammer of Dawn to the vamps, they love their toys, and throwing lightning would tickle their fancy immensely. Let her walk up to some random war machine in the Pit and throw the earth armor on it, becomes sentient and walks off lmao She gotta give Aki something, maybe somehow give him the boots so if he ever has to, he can skedaddle away from his death star.

The soul of Jasha probably wouldn’t do much for the meadow given it’s abilities with space magic, but it might be able to use it to expand its knowledge of runes into void maybe? Otherwise it might be helpful for Kirian. Goliath would probably have fun messing with a ring filled with weird crafting stuff, although she would probably need to check how resistant they are to curses and get rid of the stuff it can’t handle. (I think Goliath should be fairly resistant though since it has a natural curse aura of some sort)

For the storage ring Lily comes to mind for some reason. Soul of Jasha to Owl or maybe Cless, shed probably have fun with it. Twilight Shield to Meadow and Iana for study, and the The Hammer of Dawn either to Pierce or Trian. For the legs and boots, no one really comes to mind.

2023-11-20 23:16:36 +0000 UTCFury to Goliath (for smith) and Heart to Felicia (for not dying) seem like no brainers. The ring is a little weird, the item itself is just a really good storage ring which could go to anyone who needs one, the stuff in it sounds like a problem. Probably just smash all the extra cursed stuff on one of the dead planets, give Goliath the materials that they can use and give the rest to her allies to hand out as appropriate. The Soul of Jasha and the Twilight Shield both seem like they would be great for the Sentinels just as things to have around in their arsenal, the Soul for utility if it's needed and the Shield because it's specifically good against what they do and having something on hand in case someone goes nuts and Ilea's not around seems like a good idea. The Hammer to Gael seems decent, he's a spear guy and doesn't seem to have a great ranged option at the moment. The breastplate could also go to Felicia for the purpose of making sure she doesn't die, but if Ilea wants to earn points with the dwarves it seems like the kind of thing they'd be in to. The pants could go to Verena as was suggested above for practicality, but I do kind of like the idea of giving your primal pants to your favorite chef for better heat control. Then again it doesn't say anything about granting heat resistance, so it might need some leveling to be useful... Unicorn boots make them the prize of a contest between Cless and the wolf barbarian girl, who ever makes 300 first gets some cool boots.

Pants go to the tree along with some jokes about how the tree hasn't been wearing any pants up till now. soul to the painter and heart to the berserker sentinel. Chest piece to Felicia. Tornado girl that can swim through stone is gonna be fun. Ring to Trian and Claire, just dump even more cursed stuff for them to sort out. The fury to the dragon elf, tell him he needs to learn some crafting/smithing now that he is a leader.
