Issues Playing Videos On Patreon

If you're having issues playing videos, please let us know what videos and what type of device you're trying to view them on so we can see if we can get this fixed. Apologies for any troubles you may be experiencing with playing videos here.

i watch on an ipad, but i actually didn't notice any issues the other day when i was watching a video

2023-05-21 14:54:27 +0000 UTCI recommend to anyone who is experiencing the following trouble shooting steps: 1) Delete your browser history for "all time". Ensure to delete all cookies, browsing history, pre-filled forms etc. Then login to the patreon again. 2) If step one doesn't help, Try to use a different browser. Opera, Brave, Chrome, Edge are good options for different reasons. Sometimes webpages change their underlying html code, but the browsers don't update their own code right away. This is not so often the case for Desktop users, but very typical for mobile users. 3) If you experience that on mobile: Check which browser is your standard mobile browser. Go to your respective Play Store (Google or Apple, etc) And update your Apps. Also make sure to update system Apps, such as Carrier Services, the Webviewer etc. In 95% of all cases, this should solve the issue.

2023-05-19 21:57:32 +0000 UTCI’m on an iPhone (XR) if that matters. The ones that I personally have noticed that weren’t working earlier are working now. If I see any I’ll comment on them though. Y’all are amazing ❤️ best money I’ve spent in a long time becoming a Patreon supporter 🥰
