feets are too big?

And I can't see the viewport. I'm not sure if that makes sense and I didn't know how to fix it until now lol (shift+right click then maximize LOL stupid me)
Anyways I wanna know if the feets are too big? or is just me? I realize this because the boots are too big but maybe is just me? pls let me know what do you guys think,
In other news I couldnt work on Heather today (for the problem from above lol) but i tested gwen rig and i'm kinda worried about her eyes, they look weird when I move them :S sooo Im going to release a lite version during this week to test that,
