2023-08-12 20:32:23 +0000 UTCPercival was basically raised to be a replacement for castoria is she never showed up He used the staff of selection that Morgan used that was corrupted by her anger and drains life energy to be used Melusine(Tam Lin Lancelot) helped raise Percy in the orphanage that he was raised in and acted like a big sister to him They care about each other deeply even though they are on opposing sides (Percy is partly doing this to "free" her as he sees it) At the end she loses control and turns into a mindless dragon and Percy uses himself as a lure to draw her in so you can fight her on the stormboarder and ends up using the spear of selection to beat her once you finish the fight seemingly killing her and draining him of the last of his life
