(Where smokeing is allowed) I'm pretty sure it being forbidden would stop neither of them. One of them would be just too overworked to really care, and the other would just shrug with "They can't even arrest one of us, let alone both."

The Foreigner class recognizes something akin to their own, even if he's something born of something more tethered to the earth than any of them are. Or whatever mess winds up coming from the interaction of the more faithful servants and him and the Iscariots. Plus if nothing else there's more than enough servants liable to fill his criteria of something worth killing him that he'd probably take a swing at the master just to see if there's any truth to their legends.
