Elden Ring, specifically the DLC. Bayle is a notoriously powerful Dragon that basically left Igon on the brink of death, who in turn all but begs the player to let him have one last shot at his nemesis, think Captain Ahab and Moby Dick. Whether it be his begging for that shot or his intro to the fight where he hypes you up just as much as himself, he's never not chewing the scenery.
